The inspection standard of color coated steel coil can be said from several aspects, such as specification size, coating, surface inspection and labeling requirements.

01 Specification size

The width error is +-2mm, the cut is straight, the cut surface is neat, and the thickness tolerance is +-0.03mm.

02 Coating

The coating type meets the contract requirements, the coating color is uniform, no obvious color difference, and the coating thickness meets the contract requirements.

03 Surface inspection

Flat surface, no obvious bump, warped surface, deformation, clean surface, no oil, no bubble, shrinkage, leakage and other defects harmful to the use of the surface, the defective part of the coil does not exceed 5% of the total length of each volume, no obvious scratches, bumps, scars.

04 Label requirements

The paper strip or other material products on the package must have the product name, specifications, manufacturer and other content, packaging mark is eye-catching, strong, clear handwriting, and note the name of the supplier or the supplier's trademark, standard number, brand, specifications, weight, packaging mark indicates that the identification number from steel to smelting can be traced, quality certificate must indicate the name of the supplier, contract number, name, standard number, specifications, brand, can be traced Identification number from steel to smelting, weight, number of pieces, date of production and date of shipment, the mark must indicate the weight of the substrate coating, type of finish, color, etc.
